autistic - intuitive - daydreamer

Who am I? This question used to give me chills as a child. Now I know it’s mystery I have the opportunity to savor. I do know a few present details though…

I am autistic, and my life is quiet and simple. I spend a lot of time daydreaming, walking, cooking, drawing, and working on small creative projects. I enjoy nature, soft animals, and slow routines. I prefer quiet environments and gentle company.

Much of my life is organized around a daily practice of spiritual listening. When fear appears, as it so often does, I pause, surrender and ask for guidance from a more loving perspective. This is a practice and I’m always practicing, even when I forget.

This site is where I share what comes out of that process—messages, reflections, and practices that continue to unfold over time.
