I live slowly, waking up early, napping in the afternoon and going to bed early
I am dedicated to my spiritual practices, which bring me out into nature, to structured social events and into heart-felt conversations
I look for opportunities to be of service, helping with small tasks in the home and garden and sharing my technical experience with plants, computers and materials
I usually need more rest than I expect, and sometimes I wear myself out to the point of needing serious down-time in bed
